MMM MMM Good Chili
Cabin Quality Chili
12 ounce can warm beer 3 bouillon cubes
1 lb. ground beef browned
1 onion chopped 1 28 oz can crushed tomatoes 1 28 oz can diced tomatoes 2 cans red beans (not kidney beans), rinsed
1 T sugar 2 teaspoons salt 1/8-teaspoon cayenne pepper or more
1-teaspoon or more chili flakes
1-teaspoon cumin
2-teaspoons chili powder
1 T Worcestershire sauce
1. Dissolve bouillon cubes in beer. 2. Brown Ground beef with chopped onion, drain grease
3. Add remaining ingredients 4. Simmer in slow cooker 3-4 hours or more! You can't simmer too long.
Serve with lots of crackers and cold milk.

The chili sounds wonderful. I love chili but it doesn't agree with my acid reflux stomach. The recipe does remind me of happy times in my younger days!
